I am editing my previous review because I don’t feel it’s right to punish the whole company with one star just because of the actions of one administrator. So administrative team you can thank Steven, my physical therapist, and Kim, my occupational therapist for my changing my rating to five stars. They deserve it.

Dear Sharon, I spoke with one of your nurses today and told her I didn’t need to see nurses anymore. Since nurses are not allowed to even dispense simple bandages without prior consent, neither nurse that came here had much they could do for me. We had to go out and buy the bandages and tape needed, and my mother and I changed my bandages. Needed services for both of my parents over the last year. Everyone we have come in contact with at Loving Care has been great! Has taken a lot of stress off our family to have mom and dad’s medical care take place in their home!

This company doesn't have enough staff to assist the clients they already have, nor do they care enough to return telephone calls for days on end. This company will press the client to find a family member to care for them because of their lack of employees. Thank you for your replying 4 months after the fact.
