RecommendedI have 2 sugar gliders; and its difficult to find a vet that can work with them since they're an exotic animal. this office is amazing. from domestics to exotics! their staff is very well educated, knows how to treat/tend to sugar gliders! their office is clean and always well maintained. 10/10!!
Dr. Richard and staff were absolutely amazing. I had to put my cat Licorice down after 15 years last November and it also happened to be my first visit here. They didn’t know me at all or my cat but they treated me like they knew me for years. I felt that they all cared about me and were very kind considering the situation I came in for. I am also bringing in my new kittens to this vet because I know they will be in good hands. This is a wonderful place and I am glad I found it �
Empathy is not this doctors, Dr. Richard, strong suit and is incredibly lacking. While putting my fathers dog down, the doctors insisted the dog be on the table. Terrified and sick, the old dog was shaking on the table and my mother wanted him on the ground, as most vets do when euthanasia is in order. My mother asked and the doctor promptly told her to leave the room. No warning, just told her to leave. He could've explained more instead of getting angry with her while she was crying her eyes out. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful Vet and his team. I had a very difficult situation with an extremely sick rescue dog. The doctor was completely honest with me about his poor prognosis and it was decided to give this poor little guy some rest. The doctor and staff were empathetic and caring and put up with my sobbing. Then, shortly after this event, I received the loveliest card with a clay ornament with the rescue's paw prints in it. I brought our new puppy here for his first vet appointment. The staff was so sweet & welcoming. We’re so happy to have found an awesome vet to make sure our puppy is getting the best care possible! Super thankful i found this place!
