Bad reviews are with warrant. She doesn't care about you, just your $$$ If this lady really did care as much as this guy said she did, then she would still have customers. She refuses to even answer questions.
Not Recommended I replied "actually no, I had a bad experience in your office today." Her response, "Ok.Bye." and she rudely hung up. This from a woman that I have never met. In my opinion, this is a very selfish and self-centered woman who doesn't care if you or your pet have a good experience or not. I should have listened to my neighbor.
**Horrible customer relation skills!** This was the worst place I have ever been too! I read the other bad comments, but decided to give the vet a chance. I was never given any discharge papers on what to expect after my pets surgery. I was handed a bottle of pain meds with a label on it saying .05 4x/day. Not explaining for how long or if I should finish the product. No oral directions on how long to use shredded paper for declawed cat or what to expect in the coming days.
