This agency is full of BS. They always say they have a nurse shortage and its not true. I don t understand how an agency is running with no nurses also with people refusing to work at a specific place. How do they even allow the nurses to decide where they want to work and not work. If I was a manager, I would be if you don t want to work then there is the door. They shouldn t have a choice of where they want to work, a job is a job don t like it then you are in the wrong place. Their sales reps lie and their scheduler lies and their head of nursing lies. They promise coverage and fall way short. They leave their patients families high and dry with no sleep and blame a nursing shortage. Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Especially for night coverage. If your loved one is ill and needs care YOU WILL END UP NIGHTS WITHOUT SLEEPThey will not find you help
