If I could give them 0 stars I WOULD!!! I do not recommend working or placing your loved one in the care of this company. The company was extremely unorganized from the start, and that lack of professionalism extends into how they treat both employees and the individuals they serve. Staff members often sit on their phones instead of providing care, and I personally witnessed employees hiding the keys to company vehicles so they would not have to take members out into the community. the staff sucks! my family member has been through so many different staff members. they don’t do their jobs. they come to work just to sit on the couch act dumb when asked a question. know nothing about nothing. it’s ridiculous. it’s like they’ve forgotten they are suppose to be here to work for/help the clients. it’s ain’t suppose to be “easy” it’s a job. & they definitely don’t do it. can’t ever get in touch with nobody at the office. & when you do talk to someone “in charge” it’s always the clients fault. like excuse me?... read more

Be aware of what you get yourself into with this company, they were unprofessional from the start but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. It has left me worse off than when I came in. Due to constant shift cuts I am now without a car, and possibly on the verge of losing my apartment. God forbid. It started with cutting my shift 1-3 days and then around the holidays I was cut for 2 weeks! Didn't ask for that or request off. They have no regard to people's livelihoods.
