Called them at 11am for emergency on a Sunday services for myself and two children..It's now 118 and the temp is 80+ in house and they won't answer or respond..They told me 45 min been 3 times that and no response or answer to are you coming or not wasted all the time I had before work gonna have to get a hotel room and try again tomorrow with someone else..
