Ashley the financial coordinator is very good at her job. She was very courteous. And very, very helpful. I really appreciate that type of service because now now days it’s hard to get help like that Well done Ashley. .
What a clean office, the assist did my Xray I think his name was Jordan, very nice young man, Mrs. Carrie was very sweet, I had a few questions for her, and she took out time to explain the answer. I gave them 5 stars because the Dr., assist, all made me feel welcome. thank you
Lovett Dental (4901 South Padre Island Dr., Corpus Christi, TX) They were to pull one tooth... They cut my lip with the drill and cut a different tooth. The "dentist" broke the tooth next to the one they were pulling and just pulled it too. He asked if he could keep the gold fillings in my teeth. Then they overcharged my insurance. My insurance told me and I have been trying to get that overcharge back for 2 months now. They send your call to an answering machine and try to blow you off. I am so disappointed in this dentist office. Made my first appointment All went well. The dentist recommended two caps. Wanted on the caps to be made and put on,then he decided I needed to see their endocrinologist. She wanted to do a root canal on the tooth with new cap. That should have been done first. The endocrinologist literally hammered through the cap. I have been in so much pain since. Can't get anyone to answer the phone when I call. Paid a lot of $$$ and am worse than when I went in there. Love this office; staff friendly. The manager Carolyn was great help with insurance and finances.
Perfect location for me! The staff is friendly and Carolyn went the extra mile to help me. A+ all around.
The location is great and so is the entire staff. Very accommodating and helpful.
