Trust the negative reviews. I should have done that first. DON’T GO HERE! I read from others that they try to make you get extra treatments. They did the same to me. For decades, all I have ever needed was a regular teeth cleaning. A slovenly dentist came in, spoke to me from behind without showing his face, and didn’t even have the courtesy to introduce himself to me (or my wife in the next appointment) before looking at my teeth. Trust the negative reviews. I should have trusted the negative reviews. I just wanted a regular teeth cleaning. After taking several xrays, and retaking more xrays because the technician was just hired off the street, and did not have a clue what she was doing. I told them I just wanted a regular teeth cleaning, as I do every 6 months, fully paid by the insurance. This place was a God-send!! I have high anxiety about going to the dentist and I needed a tooth pulled - one I’ve been putting off for a long time. I finally went and they were wonderful!! Dr. Pressley was professional and did a wonderful job. The staff (Elsa and Monica) soothed my fears and helped me through it - and it was easy and just a pleasure! I was so happy and relieved! I’m sticking with them!!
On 9/5/19 I went to Lovett Dental for a toothache. I was given a filing and xrays. I was told my front two teeth were worn down and needed to be crowned. I was prepped for the crown with a temporary. The temporary was so sharp it cut into my gums. So I had to wait two weeks for my permanents. On 9/17/19 I was called that my permanent teeth had arrived and I went in the same day. Please don't trust these people. They have ripped my Parents out of $10,000.00 yes . Start process year before last 2019 still no teeth. Blaming it on Covid. They are liars. Lovett Dental is nothing but a scam. Made appointment to get my daughters teeth cleaned only. We have a regular dentist but hard to get in and Lovett offered Saturday appointments. After all, it was just a cleaning and nothing more. An hour and a half later, I go to the back to talk to the doctor after the cleaning, I assume, and after all this time the cleaning still had not been done.
