The whole experience was excellent. Everyone in the office was very kind and helpful. The doctor was amazing. I had a deep cleaning and 3 fillings and was done in an hr totally pain free. Very grateful for their professionalism and attention to every detail to keep me comfortable.
I came in for some cleaning and everyone was helpful and nice. Natalie even gave me some pointers and extra information on how to improve my dental hygiene. Overall the visit was nice.
Poor customer service and experience with front desk
Absolutely horrible. No idea how this place got so many stars. I had to wait an hour for my appointment. They told me my insurance didn’t pay for services AFTER the service was completed. I paid and then they billed my insurance for a double charge I already paid. Been trying for 2 years to get through to someone regarding this matter and no one calls me back and I am put on hold for hours. Will not be going back.
