I would call the people wanting their service, I have been trying get an accountant since December. I met a young lady, gave her my paperwork and never nothing again. I even called back last week like new customer and left my number, nothing yet. I'm certain COVID 19 will get this blame. Too bad for me. Still searching for an accountant.
