Lovesac website can be a bit confusing. I’m extremely glad I came in and talked to Victoria about our “dream couch” for our living room. She laid everything out and explained how to put the cushions on and take them off, the lifetime warranty, how to arrange, and that we could continue adding on to the couch later. Victoria was awesome. Customer service turning out not so good. Within my 60 days wanted to swap out a few pieces for some different pieces. I received everything and one of the covers was wrong. They don’t have enough trust in their customers to resolve their own issue until I send the $85 cover back that won’t even work with my setup.
