The two ladies who helped us were fantastic! So patient! So easy to work with. They made building out the couch easy. We were not planning on putting in an order today, but they made it so easy that we went ahead.
This is inside Best Buy, towards back right corner. Salesperson was great! Only a small foot print sales floor. Wish they had a full retail store to show all of their products. Have owned a complete sectional for almost 15 years. Gone thru 4 moves and two Rottweilers. Replaced inner seat cushions two years ago, otherwise still as good as when we bought it! The Lovesac team exceeded my expectations on all accounts. They answered all of our questions, helped find the perfect color/fabric for our home, and were so kind. They truly went out of their way to make our experience the best it could be! We love our new lovesac!

I had done a ton of research on my own, so going in, we essentially already knew what we wanted, but wanted to see/feel some options in person before deciding for sure.
