Such a good experience in store!!! Fayth was so kind and helpful as well as the manager! The chocolate brown padded velvet is what I wanted and I couldn’t get it online, I had to go in store. They helped me get it ordered and made sure I had all the pieces I wanted. There’s a LOT of customization options with Lovesac and they helped me understand it all, without trying to upsell me and spend more money. Can't beat the customization and quality. I was looking for something comfortable and durable that could withstand pets and found it here. The employees were knowledgeable and helpful and got a great deal during their sale.
I had an exceptional buying experience thanks to Dave. I was so excited to buy during the sale they had. The thing I appreciated the most was him taking the time to pull out small swatches, larger swatches, and give so much knowledge on each of the fabrics. I am beyond excited to get my sactional in person!
