We had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Amy and she was insanely helpful and informative. She was able to answer all of our questions off of the top of her head and was well versed in the construction, delivery, ordering process and accessories for their line of couches and furniture. We did not buy, but we plan to and will be going through Amy if at all possible. If you need information for this product and don't want to just check online and trust it, be sure to visit this store and ask for Amy.
What kind of packaging is this?
While the Sactional didn't work for us, I highly recommend the LoveSac UTC store. We worked with Amy. After putting the pieces together, we found the it just didn't fit in our space. We were a nervous about returning the sactional and wondered if LoveSac's 60-day unconditional return policy was true. We called Amy asked about the return policy.
