While the Sactional didn't work for us, I highly recommend the LoveSac UTC store. We worked with Amy. After putting the pieces together, we found the it just didn't fit in our space. We were a nervous about returning the sactional and wondered if LoveSac's 60-day unconditional return policy was true. We called Amy asked about the return policy. Purchased a sactional here. Ever since it has been delivered the customer service reps have been unable to assist in adjusting my configuration. Repeatedly sending the incorrect pieces, not responding in a timely manner, all around extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the service and quality of product. Will likely not have my couch in its final state until well after the guarantee period at which point I will be stuck with whatever configuration they decide to leave me with at that point. Sales team was great. Only compitan I have is, I was told we would be notified when the sofa was ready to ship so we could make arrangements as I we still have the old sofas. That didn’t happen so now I’m double stacked in the garage.
