Mais was so helpful in helping me with understanding the custom order delivery times. They even helped me put in a request to send the Pillow Sac and the chair separately so all I would have to wait for is the custom cover. Their customer service and professionalism is excellent, especially over the phone when they were searching something up, they were very clear in their communication so I wasn’t left wondering what was happening on the other end. If I could give 10 stars I would. Amazing work! :)

We had the pleasure of speaking to the manager Amy and she was insanely helpful and informative. She was able to answer all of our questions off of the top of her head and was well versed in the construction, delivery, ordering process and accessories for their line of couches and furniture. We did not buy, but we plan to and will be going through Amy if at all possible. If you need information for this product and don't want to just check online and trust it, be sure to visit this store and ask for Amy.
