The staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful advice and sharing their own experiences with the products. While they can get busy, the staff handles the rush efficiently. If you're looking for functional and stylish furniture, LoveSac is definitely worth checking out. I recommend going in person if you can, as it's a great way to experience the comfort and quality firsthand.
They use FedEx for their last mile fulfillment. Terrible choice and a lot of delays. Disappointed. Still don't have my furniture.
