We had a wonderful experience at the Center City Lovesac showroom. We spent over an hour in the store. Sharen was our primary person in the store, and she was so kind, patient, and eager to help us. She helped us create a design for a starter couch that can grow with us. After spending time in the showroom, we went back and forth with Sharen, Oscar, and Fauzi at least 15 times via text exploring different configurations and fabric options. Great Product, Frustrating Delivery Experience We’re very happy with the quality of our Lovesac couch — it’s a beautiful, high-end piece that feels well-built and comfortable. We were only able to afford it thanks to a Labor Day sale, but the product itself absolutely meets expectations. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a nightmare.
