I love their products, the staffs are so informative and the quality is also very good...
Had a great experience with the center city team. Oscar and his team were really helpful showing us colors and talking about fabrics and configurations. Our delivery arrived over the course of 3 days, which wasn’t too bad, and they helped us keep track of all the shipments. We love our sectional. They were also helpful quickly helping us facilitate the return/exchange of a couple of components. Overall a really great experience.
Sharen and Oscar were extremely helpful as I was looking for new covers for our couch that we purchased in 2020! They were kind as I asked a million questions.
We had a wonderful experience at the Center City Lovesac showroom. We spent over an hour in the store. Sharen was our primary person in the store, and she was so kind, patient, and eager to help us. She helped us create a design for a starter couch that can grow with us. After spending time in the showroom, we went back and forth with Sharen, Oscar, and Fauzi at least 15 times via text exploring different configurations and fabric options. Great Product, Frustrating Delivery Experience We’re very happy with the quality of our Lovesac couch — it’s a beautiful, high-end piece that feels well-built and comfortable. We were only able to afford it thanks to a Labor Day sale, but the product itself absolutely meets expectations. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a nightmare.
