We ordered the love sac pillow accent chair on November 17 2024 and still haven’t received the chair part. Online it says 4 to 6 week when we were in the store we were told December 26th. After calling today they said delivery is January 26th but they have no tracking for it or anything. Then the representative tells me the order for the chair is 10 to 12 weeks which we were not told and that would still mean we should have gotten it at the 10 mark time frame. We haven’t received our couch yet, but if it is anywhere close in quality to the customer service we received from Michael, it will be worth its weight in gold. My wife and I had been looking at Sactionals online, but wanted to go into the store and see them in person.
