I went there for trade-in games and they told me that i can only trade in game one time but i had so many games to trade in. There was ine asian guys really creepy and mean. It feel like they don’t any thing about their customers. I wouldn’t recommend going for customer service at mount laurel best buy.
Super cozy beanbags and great customer service. Very expensive when paying full price. We purchased the bags on sale. My only complaint is that the bags were not in stolidly and had to be ordered. When you're paying that kind of money you should get the item immediately, not have to wait two weeks.

Scam! We bought sofas from this place and indicated we wanted the floor model setup just to find out 8 weeks later when they delivered it that we received a complete different setup. This company is way too expensive to have such a bad even the worst customer service and not able to help us with our issue. They wanted an extra $2500.00 for TWO yes TWO pieces in order to get what we originally wanted. ($2500 in additional to the $7500 that already spent!) Great store. Every time I'm there I have at least 4 or 5 people ask me if I need anything. Just recently we bought a full set of appliances and the saved us alms 1k over h h gregg.
I used to like this best buy until today. Not only was I refused to return a video game that I never opened but when they gave me an estimate on selling it to them it was $12! I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the rudeness of the representatives.
I came here with my family the first week of December. The staff was friendly and approached us offering assistance. The prices seemed fair. My big complaint was the aisles were PACKED with product. It was stacked everywhere. It was very uncomfortable tand difficult to get around. We left after being there about 15 minutes.
Worst experience of my consumer life. No one seems to know what anyone is doing and you receive conflicting information and directions. Don't bother to buy anything from this store and expect to be treated with courtesy or respect. The staff is poorly trained and the management simply doesn't care.
