I just had one of the worst shopping experiences of my life at your Mayfair (WI) store. It started out well enough. I found the sectional and color I wanted and they wrote up the order. However, the gentlemen behind the counter wasn't able to find the correct discount. I told him it was 35% online and I would just order online. Wasn’t very open to helping when we asked questions
I had an exceptional experience with my Lovesac purchase and Angie at the Mayfair showroom made it even better! The website is a little difficult to navigate and there is a lot to learn when buying this couch. The showroom has all of the tools and samples to explain everything you need to know. I would highly recommend making a trip to a showroom - sometimes the discount in store is even better than online! Would give zero stars if possible. For the price they should roll out a red carpet at your front door and put it together. Spent all night on this trash. Oh and it took 2 months to arrive. . . .
