In all my yrs of trucking, I’ve never been so disappointed like today 8/4/25. I was told not to solicit. I asked my coworker for a shower, who happened to be my own brother. Then she tells the security guard if I was soliciting. Guard did give a shit about it. All drivers help each other out. My whole point is, don’t judge people or profile them.
I had an "engine oil pressure low" problem and they didn't even want to check it out. A guy said that i have to go immediately, that they can't help me anyway because they don't do those kind of issues (!?!) and that i shoud go to the dealership (?!?).
no trucks in the shop and everyone is just standing there watching the line of drivers get bigger. Then finally someone decides to check us in cause the guy on the computer is far to busy. Only to find out there's a 6 hour wait.
When i tried to explain that my engine oil level might be low and i am looking to check it They told me there is a long line of trucks waiting and when i told them if my oil is low i will do pm they checked me in right away and did oil change, for engine air filter where it is $75 as an average they charged me $200 and charged me for grease up but they did not use a single drop of grease in my truck very
