highly unprofessional experience I had at one of your maintenance shops with Lee on Friday, April 24, 2026. I have already spoken briefly with the Store Manager which I didn’t see any effort to fix the incident, but I want to ensure this behavior is noted in writing to prevent it from happening to other drivers. Got here for a federal inspection was told 30 minutes wait the wait was actually 2 hours all said and done i did my own inspection on it just after and got proven exactly why i do that a bad flat spot on the tire was told i would be pulled in right after they pul the next truck out one truck has been pulled in since then and still waiting has been 3 hours
