Went in for a derate and flashing DEF light after being at a dealership earlier in the week for the same thing. Nick was very professional and quick. Diagnosed & fixed well.
I want to complain about this guy Brandon from tire shop, I was in line for a PM service, The guy who checked me in said it will be about 2 hours waiting time, that worked for me…after 4 hours of waiting walked inside to ask how more time I need to wait for this PM and this guy Brandon gave me this attitude of boss and he told me if I’ll keep asking the longer waiting time will be….i want to to make clear that the shop was empty for last 3 hours and nobody was working on anything and this guy was just sitting in office shop
