If you're looking to have a shower here at this truckstop after a long day, I wouldn't recommend it. I was assigned shower 1. Went in, and put the code, well it was occupied. I reported it to staff. They said just sit, and wait around, like us drivers got all the time in the world. After 30 minutes, I asked to speak to a manager about getting my shower credit put back on my rewards. The staff again blew me off, and said got sit, and wait again. I gave up, and left. This Loves really needs to be checked out by corporate.

Very lazy staff and complete liars. Our truck’s cabin airbag was damaged, and we asked them to install another cabin airbag, but the Love’s mechanic made an incorrect diagnosis and ordered a completely wrong part. Because of this, we lost 3–4 days and spent a lot of money. All of them are extremely dishonest and unprofessional workers. They don’t know how to do anything beyond changing tires. I strongly do not recommend coming here. Their service doesn’t deserve even one star.
