One of the worse tire repair shops I been to. Originally 1-1 hour 30mins wait turned into 5 hours wait for a tire replacement. Then when they called me into the office still another 30-60mins wait. The guys was joking about who’s going to do it. Don’t stop here, take the chance stopping somewhere where else. End up having their road side truck change my tire in a park spot. 10am-6pm

I want to give a big shoutout to Parrish, the tire technician at Love’s Truck Stop. He did an excellent job and got me taken care of in a timely fashion. He made sure everything was done right while also getting me back on the road quickly. Professional, efficient, and great customer service. I definitely appreciate the hard work and would recommend Parrisa to anyone needing tire service at Love’s!

These guys are scammers or really do not know their job. The driver came in for an airbag replacement, and the technician sprayed all of them with soap. Only one was leaking, but the Love's tech or manager said that all of them need to be replaced because once the bad one is replaced, the others will start leaking. These guys were firm about replacing all of them or nothing at all. That was a crazy experience.
