Worst experience ever, if you can just stay away. Come in for inspection, need two tires replaced…… Three people doing nothing, smoking texting talking with each others and walking around but not doing the job what supposed to do.
Great staff, they're so nice and helpful. I had an landing gear issue, they saw the issue and helped with no hesitation. Thank y'all so much for the in and out service.
Checked in at Love’s Truck Care at 4:30 PM — they said “4.5 hours wait.” At 8 PM: “Oh, impossible today.” No call, no update. They acted like it was completely normal, with zero sense of accountability. If you can’t be trusted with time, you can’t be trusted with trucks. This place is not just unprofessional — it’s a disgrace.
Daniel helped me out with a re-torque and was super friendly and got me sorted right away!
