I needed roadside assistance and Kyle came to the rescue! After the problem was fixed he stuck around to make sure it ran smooth and good thing cause it had another air leak. He tracked it down went back to the shop and was back with the new part in no time thanks kyle

I want to thank the mechanic named Garrit for his excellent work! He’s a true professional — quickly found the cause of the air leak in my tire and fixed it properly and reliably. He explained everything clearly, showed exactly what was wrong, and worked with care and respect for both the customer and the truck. It’s obvious he knows and loves his job. From now on, I’ll go only to Gary — he’s trustworthy and highly recommended!

I had a very disappointing experience at Love’s Travel Stops. The mechanics showed absolutely no professionalism and did not give any respect to the drivers. Instead of being helpful, they were rude and dismissive, especially toward brown folks. The service was extremely poor, and it felt like drivers’ time and concerns didn’t matter to them at all. Amazing human who was working alone here. Had a massive leak in one of my tires. He fixed it with a certain screwdriver and taught me how to do it next time if something like this happens. All for free and i dont know what I did to deserve kindness from you sir. Thank you 🫡
