Terrible service, tire change it’s took 6 hour, They play games here
waited in line for 6 hours, then the mechanic went to the toilet for 30 minutes and looked at his phone. Then sat next to the wheel on the trailer for 30 minutes. Not a professional. They move very slowly. They don't know how to do their job.
Terrible service today. Took 4 hours for a simple oil change with my own filters provided. I have never been to a speedco that took more then 1 hour once my turn came and I was pulled into the bay. These guys took 4 straight hours and the shop manager kept giving excuses but my driver noticed someone would work on every so often spend 10 mins and walk away from the truck for an extended period of time.
