Waited over 4 hours for someone to tape up a hole in my trailer that I couldn't reach. Their excuse was that the mechanic was on roadside calls but there was literally 3 workers in there just doing nothing. Not working in a bay or anything. No other trucks needing serviced. They had a shift change and the new guy on the clock didn't understand why I waited so long either.
