Spoke with a woman named Lacy, was extremely rude, told us the online hours were wrong, also said we aren’t able to access our stuff unless they are open? What an absolute waste of a decent facility.
Got locked out for some reason. Wasn't able to access my belongings till the next day

We love this place, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. If we have any issues they usually handle it and make sure everything is good for us.
We had never rented a storage building before, so I had lots of questions. Tammy answered them & rented us a unit. We saw it. It was clean & the exact size we needed. Got out of there, in less than an hour, with the perfect solution to our problem of an overly cluttered house. I could not be happier!
