I would recommend Loves Plumbing to everyone. Business with Loves and John started as help with a leak on a fridge water line. John told me what I need to replace it myself instead of charging me and savings me a good buck. While John was helping me with that he mentioned he does flood control and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I recently had a sewerage backup in my crawl space, and I hired John to take care of it. He was professional, prompt, and did an excellent job at a fair price. The communication was clear and prompt throughout the process, and the price was upfront, so there were no surprises. The job was more complicated than expected, as he had to replace part of the sewer pipe and dig through a lot of rocks and roots, which was no easy task. Had a backed up Kitchen sink that my home remedies weren't working on and reached out to John. Initially he didn't think he'd be able to make it until tomorrow but he reached out to one of his techs who was out here to help within a couple of hours. Sink running well a few hours after my initial call with great service. Thanks!
