We've been going here for years and the staff treats us like family. We always feel welcome. They also do the best job. I've "cheated" and gone to other places, always feeling dialogs disappointed because it's not like Love's.
I got a manicurist who was so aggressive with my nails - buffing to the point where I was bleeding. Then proceeded to click her tongue at me and say I needed to moisturize. If she had not haphazardly buffed my SKIN, dry or not, it wouldn't have bled. I have never had a manicurist make me bleed before. She then did a supremely mediocre job on my dip powder nails that ended up bulky and bumpy. The nail art was not well done and had gaps in it. Do better.
I always have a pleasant experience and my gel nails last for a long time with no bubbles. They are always friendly and efficient. Prices are reasonable (cheaper than other places with better results).
