New owners should live up to Love's old reputation Recently I returned to Rochester from Georgia to upgrade a pair of diamond earrings I purchased at Love's years ago. When I purchased earrings I was told I could get full trade in value when upgrading in the future. Since the business has been bought by another owner, they will not fulfill this obligation as promised. If they are to continue the Love's name and slide by on the past reputation they should be more accommodating.
