Turned to Love's Heating and Air Conditioning on the recommendation of a friend and neighbor because I wanted to replace my furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump, along with my hot water heater. I received excellent service from Love's. They were efficient, courteous, professional, did an excellent job and responded to all of my questions. Highly recommend!

Our geothermal A/C unit was wrecked over the summer during the heat wave- we had another company to look over to tell us we needed to replace our entire system (would’ve been 17k+ fix). We then found and got Love’s to come and look at it to find it was only a sensor issue. We only had to wait two weeks for parts to come in for them to fix it in 3 hours. The new geo system does work... but i wouldn't ever recommend them. Its was a 4 or 5 months process. From start to finally finishing the install. 3 different drilling companies. One sat in my driveway for 2 weeks and decided to change the oil in there rig. Dumped all the oil in my gravel driveway. Lack of communication. Having to nag and nag just to get a call back. Would set up a meating in the middle of the work day so i would have to take off work for the meeting then he either wouldn't show up or he would be 3 hours late... read more
