The technician Steven was the ultimate professional. Thorough explanation of his diagnostics of our geothermal system. 2 thumbs up!
Had them install a geothermal system in Nov of 2025. Also had them install a mini-split system on another area of the house this summer (2026). Great, professional service, fast response for issues and the owner is not afraid to reach out with helpful information. Will use again. These guys are who I will be calling to handle all my HVAC work going forward.
Non-responsive to both estimate requests submitted from the website and email.
Turned to Love's Heating and Air Conditioning on the recommendation of a friend and neighbor because I wanted to replace my furnace and air conditioner with a heat pump, along with my hot water heater. I received excellent service from Love's. They were efficient, courteous, professional, did an excellent job and responded to all of my questions. Highly recommend!
