I have to note Love's Florists business hours state they are M-F 10am-6pm, this is important regarding my experience. I submitted a request for a funeral arrangement via online and according to the website it stated I had to order within the next hour to get delivered for same day, Jan 9, 2026 3:47pm, my total $93.99 on a $60 flower arrangement. Ordered a corsage and boutonnière for prom….asked for lavender flower with gold or cream colored ribbon—I got a fuchsia colored rose with dark purple ribbon…although the corsage was beautiful—it was not what I asked for. When asked to have it redone by 3, lady said 330, and then 4—asked if I could have a white flower instead, I was told I’d have to pay for it. Lady made no effort to correct a wrong.
