April and her team have been cleaning our home for about 2 years now and we are so happy with their service. We have a monthly cleaning scheduled and the house looks so great every time. I appreciate that they also proactively tackle special cleaning projects as they see them and can fit them in.
We hired this company for a Spring clean and to say the service we received was pathetic is an understatement. I honestly wonder what they did with their time in our house, it's obvious their time wasn't spent cleaning. The kitchen counters weren't even wiped down. We were given a list of what a spring cleaning would consist of and honestly, with God as my witness maybe 15% was actually touched at all. Super responsive, did a deep end of season clean, sent photos of everything, very very pleased.
Just don’t. They had to come back a second time to clean because it was so poorly done. *yes there was a distraction when they were in the middle of the clean, buuuut it shouldn’t have effected the areas they said they did a deep clean on prior to the distraction. It was a move in clean. There’s food under all the cabinets.. they somehow missed… grime on all the lights also somehow missed. A house should smell clean when you’re done. Right??
