He does a perfect job every time. I highly recommend loves carpet cleaning. He obviously goes the extra steps to get the best cleaning supplies on the market and will take the extra time to make sure it's a job well done...

Herbert was more than a pleasure to work with! He came out to my home and was right on time. He was friendly, laid down sheets where he did not want to walk or track in dirt, and was extremely professional. He cleaned the tile floors in my kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and hall ways. The tile and grout came out looking great! I would use him again and recommend his services to other as well. I wish I had taken before and after pictures.

Herbert came to our house and cleaned a couch we bought at a consignment shop and we absolutely LOVE how it turned out! After the cleaning, it honestly looked brand new and we couldn't be more thrilled. The couch dried in less than 24 hours and the bad odor completely vanished. He was so wonderful to work with and we are so happy we went through his cleaning service. We will definitely use him again for all future needs

Cracked a mirror cleaning the carpet. Cleaning the tile caused permanent damage to stainless steel kitchen appliances and water damage along baseboards. Despite normal procedures in tile cleaning, Love chose instead to dump excessive amounts of water and then wait to wet vacuum it up. Additionally the cleaning agent was allowed to splash on appliances, which cause permanent pitting/corrosive damage to all stainless appliances.
