i was sold a salvage title car without being told. i paid full price for a car that i never saw a title for and it took them 6 months to finally get it for me. i went through three sets of temp tags and temp registartions. i was strung along and this is a horrible business. i was never allowed to see the title before the car was paid off. they do illegal business period.

Here's the thing.. when u buy a used car u have to know that anything can break! I purchased the warranty when I bought my car and happy I did! They have been nothing but good to me at Loves Auto and I recommend them to everyone I speak to! even stuff that wasn't covered was done at a reasonable price and quickly resolved! They have a mechanic that u can always reach.. I've dealt with places that made u believe there was a mechanic and none to be found! I put money down on a car I owned the car for 17 days but I had the car for maybe 7 out of the 17 we owned it. The rest of the time it had to be in the shop because the car kept stalling. They said they fixed it but it kept doing. So I brought back wanting money back but guess what I had to pay 10% everyday that I had the car but wait that was for 7 days they are charging me for the time they had to fix the car that they sold broken in the first place. I will never buy from here ever again.
