I had such a wonderful experience at this bridal shop in late February. From the moment I walked in to the last few minutes of my appointment. Madison was amazing. She's incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out was how well she listened. Not just to what I was saying, but to what I wasn't saying. She picked up on all the little things, my taste, what I was drawn to, what I was hesitant about, and the whole appointment just flowed because of it. She also has an incredible creative eye. One of my favourite shops in Toronto. I shop there regularly but I also purchased my wedding dress with them. Amazing assortment of unique high quality pieces. Best customer service!
