I had the best wedding dress shopping experience at Loversland! Madison was exceptional at working with me and putting together my vision with their amazing collection of dresses. She took the time to look at my Pinterest board, ask questions and listen to my feedback. It's such a calm and fun space to try on some super fabulous dresses! I would highly recommend searching for your dress at Loversland 🩷

Just sad that you never reply to commercial emails, just ignoring it… A little bit disappointing.. you guys seems professionals.. but should improve your service.

This was my first ever wedding dress try on. I was extremely excited, brought my girlfriends. Overall the lady that helped us was nice. But the reason for this low rating is a complete lack of inclusive sizes. I understand that all of their gowns are samples, but those sample sizes are ridiculously small! Unfortunately, every single gown was absolutely horrible in me, you just can’t envision how it will actually look on you when the size you are trying to fit in is SO small. I had a great experience shopping for my wedding dress at Loversland. The customer service was helpful and knowledgeable during both visits. I chose an off-the-rack style that was exactly what I was looking for, although it wasn't on the shop floor, so I recommend checking their website for more inventory. They honoured the online discount in person for me.

I had the loveliest experience shopping for my wedding dress at Loversland! The staff were all so attentive and kind. My bridal stylist, Tayler, was super thoughtful, really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and helped me find a dress I love. Couldn’t recommend her or her team enough!
