only thing outstanding about this place is the location, across the street from the awesome lovers point park. the room had no ac, had to leave window open, and didn't feel comfortable in doing that, to get some cool air. and if you're a light sleeper, God forbid if there's any noise outside like across the way at 5am in the attached picture. Location was great. $329 rate for no A/C though. So give and take. No complaints other than sweating all night.
Worst experience ever. Avoid it if you can. Dilapidated, neglected, expensive for no reason, but good location.
Cute hotel most have ocean views but the ocean is literally steps away but you can't hear waves. There are no blackout curtains and it is near a busy street so you'll hear cars all the time unless you close window. The bed was not comfortable but the pillows were. Tub and toilet in same room. The sink is very low in the bedroom and there is a cute chair they put we used to brush our teeth and get ready in the morning. We saw deer from our window in the evening. Everything nearby closes early. Overall great location to beach.
