This was the first and last time I went to lovers Nails with BRIAN. I had an appointment and arrived right on time. When I sat in Brian’s chair he asked me to show him a picture of the design I wanted I told him I didn’t have an exact design in mind but I had an idea and I showed him a picture he Took a deep breath and he seemed annoyed/bothered That I didn’t have an exact design in mind and when I spoke with him about ideas he was visibly bothered and was not helpful in any way. Today I got a very bad service, very bad behavior today from one of the workers her name is Wen She doesn't know how to deal with customers So rude and accusing me stealing one dollar while I was buying a gift card with $50 , she was the one who made the wrong transaction, took 55$ instead of $50 Unbelievable actually, it's really bad service there, not recommended for anyone of my friends
