Price quoted did not match price paid at end of stay. They also add a $60 cleaning fee that was not disclosed. Room was decent and clean. We'll stay elsewhere next time!
The location was the best thing about this place. At check in the lady was coloring and didnt want to give us a rate. She rolled her eyes while helping us. The room was double the amount quoted. There was a large patch of black mold in the room. The office closed at 5, we was not informed of that. We had no pool towels. The power was out for the last afternoon. The hot tub was green and cold.

This is hands down the worst hotel/condo I’ve ever stayed in. Our AC didn’t work the entire trip. When I went to the front desk the staff was extremely rude and said theirs nothing we can do we’re sold out. Mind you it was 85 degrees our entire stay so our room was useless during the day. Upon check out I brought the issue back up and they told me to email the GM, so I did. The GM told me they would refund 2 nights.
