This is hands down the worst hotel/condo I’ve ever stayed in. Our AC didn’t work the entire trip. When I went to the front desk the staff was extremely rude and said theirs nothing we can do we’re sold out. Mind you it was 85 degrees our entire stay so our room was useless during the day. Upon check out I brought the issue back up and they told me to email the GM, so I did. The GM told me they would refund 2 nights. Easily the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. We have been here for 3 days and there has been no cleaning service, no new shower towels, no new coffee pods. Iron board was broken when we got here and no pillows for one bed.
We booked through VRBO for a quick getaway. The room was perfect. It is nice because it is away from the craziness of Fort Myers Beach, but still close enough to go anywhere you like without a very long drive. Lovers Key is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.
