I am on my second Volvo, purchased from Lovering. The service department is clean and reliable. If something is wrong they will fix it. Edit: service has changed and taking away a star. Lack of communication between the service person and their dept . Today was no different. Promised a complimentary wash and confirmed befire pickup. Left with a dirty car.
