We purchased a 2017 V60 from Concord Volvo, and they even kindly offered to pick my girlfriend up to bring her to the dealership to finalize the transaction. Issues began when nobody contacted her about the pickup time and they showed up nearly three hours late, after telling us they'd be there around 9 am. Sold me a 2015 Volvo that apparently was not given an oil change when I purchased it, but I was told that it was all serviced and to come back after 9,000 mi for its first oil change. I wasn't even at the nine thousand mile Mark and had only driven the car for four and a half months when the engine blew. the man that works in the service and parts department at Volvo lovering told me that there was very little oil in it and did not notice any leaks or the it had been burning oil. the only explanation is that they did not giv... read more

The carfax history report also shows the vehicle was well maintained at our dealership with all services performed in a timely manner since being sold to the original owner.
