I asked for a light trim (scissors only), specified multiple times, and even asked to remove bulk and almost no length. She literally starts and grabs a razor, and when I tell her AGAIN that I want a light trim, she proceeds to cut 1.5 inches off my hair everywhere. After she destroys my hair, I still decide to tip, and I don’t even get a thank you. If you don’t want a fade, PLEASE DONT GO HERE!!!
