The only tire store I use. For over 20 years. Fast friendly service. Great deals on tires and rims. New and used. Always treated me right. That's why I will always go back.
We have special, expensive, nonstandard, custom wheels. Our mechanic said Lovely Tire and Wheel was the only place to handle them without risking damage. They have balanced, rotated, and replaced the tires for some time, with absolutely no damage, and the only thing they charged for was the original tires. The guy writing the angry review below is unlikely to be right. Not only is the work careful and impeccable, but you can stand right there in the shop while the work is done. I love these guys. Prices are great and service is what we need, like back in the day when a business actually appreciated you buying something from them. Of course we had other options, but I'm sold on the way they conduct their business. We have bought all of our tires and wheels at Lovely's for over 15 years. Quality, price and service, second to none!
I'd like to thank the guys for giving me a good recommendation to a brake shop when I was traveling and didn't know anyone in town. While I didn't receive direct product service from the store, their recommendation is highly appreciated and a sign to me of excellent customer service.
They totally ruined two of my wheels! There were several 1/8" deep dents in one of the rims that I know were not there before I brought them in. The other rim looked like it had been driven up against a curb and they tried to buff it out. When I voiced a complaint they told me I was mistaken and that I brought the wheels in there like that--basically calling me a liar. They were rude and completely blew off my concerns.
