I was here for over 4 hours with only a small section of my hair being braided down. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, did not give me the size I wanted, very rude as well and when I was ready to leave they told me to wait another hour for them to cut the braids out of my hair. Terrible customer service.
I got for my hair appointment my stylist was waiting for me at the door I got my loc done very fast and professional I would give her 5.0
