We had set a time and he didn't come on time. We waited for over 40 minutes and the administrators wait along with us.
Do not use this company for a prom or homecoming. We were promised a limo for 5 hours. Upon arrival, we were told they needed to take another group somewhere. Later we learned they had double-booked and another group needed the limo for an entire hour. Our kids had to stay at the dance hours later than they wanted to.
Service was trash the buses aren't even safe there are no railings to hang on to overall experience was horrible I do not recommend
These guys are very dedicated and committed to their business and the San Diego community. So impressed with their professionalism and customer service. Every step of the way, they were so helpful, accommodating, and made the event go off perfectly. When scheduling, Amare stayed late to meet with me even after I was delayed at work.
