HORRIBLE! I called ant 1pm to make an appointment they said 5pm. I arrive early and proceed to wait 30mins past my appointment time for them to tell me they cannot take me bc they let the other nail person go home and they had to do someone’s nails. It’s one thing if i was a walk in but to have an appointment set up to deal with that level of unprofessionalism Never again!

I have been going to lovely Nancy Nails for quite some time now. I feel her shop needs to be more organized and she needs more workers with high quality artistry. Nancy is a nice woman. However she needs to focus more on what the customer wants rather than her quick rushed job that she over charges people. My nails were curled over as well lumpy and she could not get the shape right. You also cannot give her a design because cannot produce what you desire.
