Tania, who has the half circle light, did my nails and left them misshapen (each nail has different curves and no 2 nails have the same shape), with a crooked French manicure and lumpy nail polish. She has a bad attitude and does sloppy work. Even the other nail techs, after seeing my nails, gave me pitying looks. Another nail tech fixed 2 of the worst nails but my nails still look like a 4 year old did them. The pic is my 2 pointer fingers together.
I got my nails done by Elizabeth and my toes done by Sulayka and they both exceeded my expectations I never got results this good from a shop! I love it here!
I will never patronize this business again. Loyal customer who ALWAYS has to wait 30 minutes or more once I arrive and I always book an appointment. I’ve given Lucy too many chances to correct her time management issues but today was the last straw. It is extremely disrespectful to paying clients to make them wait because she took someone else knowing she has an appointment. Horrible they take super long and are very inconsiderate. I had to ask them the same question almost 5 times to get my answer.
Used to be a great experience. Been a customer since day 1. Always got nail and feet done. Since owner not present in shop anymore it's gone downhill fast. I still tried to stay,after today im going elsewhere. Owner needs to get her shop in order. 95% of technicians dont know what the heck they are doing. I've NEVER left without tipping today was the day,didn't even let her polish my feet,sat the money down and walked out. It's a shame
