I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. I paid for the most expensive pedicure, but the older nail technician did a horrible job and was extremely rude. When I politely explained that the results were not what I had requested, she became upset instead of trying to correct the problem. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling dissatisfied. I will not be spending my money here again.
My 2nd time returning they did a way better on with customer service and the nails were fire 🔥🔥🔥💅😍 simple, but so perfectly cute. Thank u!!! Oh did I mention I had left a different nail salon “modern nails” was trying to quote me $90 on a French basic acrylic full set when lovely nails said it was only $55 I immediately went across the street and I was in and out fast with perfect, absolutely perfect nails. For an affordable price!! Plus The quality was amazing!! I’ll be back! Def recommend! THANK YOU!!
Although my first experience I cried due to the man being so rude I returned maybe a year later and the same man was still working and thankfully I did not get him but I did get another gentle man. He was kind and straight to the point. The salon did a great job overall so I will be returning. Sometimes people mistake “realness” for rudeness so I’ll go back based off the great job they did and how affordable it was even though the attitudes could be adjusted however, for the area it’s understandable as well. . The daughter in law that does pedicures is the most ruddiest person, who does a full pedicure in 15 minutes? She practically throws your foot!!!
Wish I can give the shop 0 stars. I came in with my daughter and staff was very rude. The place is very dirty, The guy in the first chair when you walk in which I'm assuming is the owner is very aggressive and try to steal more money. Mind you , i'm trying to do Just. Basic coffin now one solid color when I sat down to do my nails, the guy asked me the length, he cuts some shorter than what I said, I tell him I want them longer, he gives me a price.
