They do good work 80% of the time when they can service you. Walk-in "WHAT DO YOU NEED"!? me: oh just a fill today. "Oh NO, TAKE TO LONG..CANT DO IT!" This has happened to me more than ones. I'm done with Lovely Nails. Need more nail techs. Long wait time or they turn you away.😡

The only place I found in Jacksonville that actually Doesn’t cut corners. And They make sure that you like your service. Super nice people too

My grand daughter went in with a picture of what she wanted and they said they could do it no problem. When they said they were finished it was not even close so she reminded them of what she wanted and asked them to do finish it but they then told her they could not do what she asked and insisted she pay for it. She and I were very disappointed in the customer service but we did find another place that did what she wanted. I seriously would not recommend this place to anyone. I love this whole family. Lilly is one exceptional human that works really hard. The English is rough here but the people are very kind and just normal people trying to make a living. My nails are always perfect for my life style and they are always kind enough to help me on the fly probably because they like me but I am always happy to come here. Hannah is always so busy and is always booked because she is really good at nails. This salon full of family and friends are amazing people that deserve this review.
